CORPORATE FUNCTION MENU ONE

Shanikas Corporate Function menu is available Monday to Thursday only.

ON ARRIVAL

A selection of Garlic and Pesto Gratin

ENTRÉE

Served alternately:

Southern Style Chicken
Chicken tenderloins with a New Orleans spiced honey sauce

Lemon Myrtle Calamari
Scored calamari lightly coated with lemon myrtle pepper
served on a rocket and shaved parmesan salad

Roast Vegetable Stack (Vegetarian option)
A medley of roasted vegetables served with a bechamel sauce

MAIN COURSE

Served alternately:

Filetto
Prime aged eye fillet cooked to your liking served with pan jus
and seasonal vegetables

Crispy Skinned Salmon
Salmon fillet served on a kipfler potato and rocket salad,
finished with a tomato, olive and basil salsa

Ravioli Ricotta (Vegetarian option)
Ricotta and spinach filled pillows of pasta with semi sun-dried tomato,
fresh basil and sliced red onion with Napoletana sauce and a touch of cream

DESSERT

Tasting plate of:

Profiterole
Choux pastry filled with Cointreau custard and served
with a rich warm double chocolate sauce

Brandy Snap Tube
A brandy snap tube filled with a praline nougat mousse
with strawberries and berry coulis

Classic Chocolate Mousse
