Lemon Myrtle Calamari
Calamari lightly coated with lemon myrtle served on
a rocket and shaved parmesan salad

MAINS

Marco Polo
Diced chicken fillets sautéed with leg ham, fresh tomato and florettes
of broccoli served with homemade gnocchi in a chardonnay cream sauce

Ravioli Ricotta (vegetarian)
Ricotta and spinach filled pillows of pasta with semi sun-dried tomato,
fresh basil and sliced red onion with Napoletana sauce and a touch of cream

Siciliana
Penne pasta served with calabrese salami, kalamata olives, bacon,
garlic and chilli with white wine and Napoletana sauce.

DESSERT

Tasting plate of:

Profiterole
Choux pastry filled with Cointreau custard and served with a rich warm
double chocolate sauce

Brandy Snap Tube
A brandy snap tubes filled with a praline nougat mousse with
strawberries and berry coulis
