STARTER

Served from the centre of the table:

A selection of Garlic and Pesto Gratin

B.B.Q Prawns
Wrapped in bacon, drizzled with our secret spiced sauce

Lemon Myrtle Calamari
Scored calamari lightly coated with lemon myrtle pepper
served on a rocket and shaved parmesan salad

Peking Duck
Sliced duck breast served on a black pepper, cucumber
and shallot risotto with Peking sauce

MAINS

Choice of two served alternately:

Tornados
Prime aged eye fillet cooked medium, served with pan jus
and seasonal vegetables

Prawn Creole
Tiger prawns pan seared with onion, capsicum and snowpeas
in a light cajun spiced cream, served on a rice pilaf

Ravioli Ricotta (Vegetarian option)
Ricotta and spinach filled pillows of pasta with semi dried tomato,
fresh basil and sliced red onion with Napoletana sauce and a touch of cream

Chicken and Chardonnay Scallopine
Chicken tenderloins pan seared with mushrooms in a rosemary,
cream and chardonnay sauce

Crispy Skinned Salmon
Salmon fillet served on a kipfler potato and rocket salad,
finished with a tomato, olive and basil salsa

Pork
Grilled pork rib-eye served served on a chorizo and shiitake mushroom
risotto with a drizzling of soy and plum glaze
